Where to Find Dynamic Audio & Language Options

  1. Navigate to Templates

    • Go to Page Templates in your Sendr workspace.

    • Create a new template or you can open any existing template (they all support dynamic audio).

  2. Upload Media

    • Within a template, select Dynamic header

    • In dynamic header scroll down to media ( this allows you to upload a video)

  3. Recording & Transcript

    • Once you finish recording, click on "Edit magic" and select Lipsync

    • Sendr automatically generates a transcript of what you said.

    • You can click on transcript placeholders and select a variable (e.g., {{first_name}}) to confirm personalization points.

  4. Select Language

    • When editing the transcript, a language selector will appear.

    • Choose the correct language for your recording (e.g., French, Spanish, Arabic).

    • This ensures the variable and playback align with the intended language.

  5. Result

    • If you recorded in French, for example, selecting French will return a transcript in French.

    • The audio output will also respect the selected language.

Best Practices for High-Quality Results

  • Keep punctuation clear. Commas and periods ensure natural pauses.

  • Stay consistent. Avoid mixing multiple languages in a single input.

  • Adapt tone to context. For formal communication, use complete sentences. For casual campaigns, shorter, conversational text works better.

  • Check proper nouns. Names, acronyms, or slang may need phonetic spellings for correct delivery.

  • Regional variation awareness. While supported, regional accents (e.g., Brazilian Portuguese vs European Portuguese) may not fully match yet.

Known Limitations

  • Accent Variations: Currently, most languages default to a neutral or widely understood accent rather than region-specific variants.

  • Low-resource Languages: Performance is strongest in high-resource languages like English, Spanish, French, and German. Some lower-resource languages may sound less expressive.

  • Mixed-language Text: Results may degrade if text switches between languages mid-sentence.

  • Emotional Subtleties: Sarcasm, irony, or nuanced humor may vary in realism across languages.
