Adding Leads to Your Campaign

Learn the three ways to bring leads into your Sendr campaign - CSV upload, Lead Finder, and LinkedIn scraping.

Once you've created a campaign, the next step is adding leads. Sendr gives you three ways to do this.

1. CSV Upload

If you already have a list of leads, you can import them by uploading a CSV file. Just make sure your file includes column headers (like first name, last name, email, company, etc.) and Sendr will map them automatically.

Don't worry if your CSV is missing some information - you can always enrich your leads later using Data Studio to fill in the gaps.

Tip: If you're importing a CSV from another database or it's an older list, run the Verify Email Address enrichment in Data Studio before sending any outreach. This helps you avoid high bounce rates and protects your sender reputation.

2. Lead Finder

Don't have a list yet? No problem. Sendr's built-in Lead Finder lets you search for leads directly inside the platform giving you access tomore than 520M contacts, refreshed every 30 days. You can filter by criteria like job title, industry, location, and company size to find exactly the right prospects for your campaign.

Once you've set your filters, choose how many leads you want to pull in and Sendr will add them straight to your campaign table - ready to enrich and personalize.

Lead Finder uses your Sendr credits (0.25 credits per contact).

3. LinkedIn Scraping

Sendr offers two ways to pull leads from LinkedIn:

LinkedIn Post Comments - Find a LinkedIn post that your target audience is engaging with, copy the post URL, and paste it into Sendr. It will pull in everyone who commented on that post. These tend to be highly engaged leads, making them great for outreach.

LinkedIn Post Reactions - Same idea, but this pulls in people who liked or reacted to the post. This gives you a broader audience around a trending topic.

To use either option, just paste the LinkedIn post URL into Sendr and click Continue. Sendr handles the rest.

What's next?

Once your leads are in, you can head to Data Studio to enrich your data - or jump straight into building your sequences.
