At its core, Sendr is a personalization platform designed to enhance your entire outreach process. It acts as the bridge between your data platform (e.g., Apollo) and your email platform (e.g., Instantly), ensuring a seamless experience across the board.

Growth professionals are accustomed to enriching data sets to gain an edge in outreach. The process with Sendr is no different, and our testing shows that the personalized outreach experience it enables is definitely worth the effort!

Steps to Import Your Data into Your Email Platform

Once you’ve enriched your prospect data in Sendr, cleaned up company names, and created personalized landing pages and GIFs, the general process for loading everything into your email platform looks like this:

  1. Download the CSV from Sendr
Click the three vertical dots next to New Action in your table view to download your CSV file.

  2. Set up a new contact field in your email platform
Create a new contact data field or variable in your email platform for the Sendr GIF. You can name this field Sendr GIF - either a text or HTML field will work.

  3. Import your Sendr CSV
Upload the Sendr CSV and map the Sendr GIF field to the contact variable you created. Each new imported contact will now have a personalized GIF, ready for use in your emails.

  4. Include the GIF variable in your email template
Add the contact variable for the GIF to your email template. Don’t forget to preview and test the email before going live!

Ready for Launch!

Once you’ve completed these steps, your first campaign is ready to go live! The process might vary slightly depending on the email platform you’re using, so make sure to check out our Using Sendr with Other Tools category.
