What's Sendr and What's the Sendr Flow?

Sendr helps you personalize your outreach at scale - but it’s important to understand where Sendr fits in your overall workflow.

Sendr is not an email-sending platform. Instead, it’s the personalization engine you use before launching your campaign through your outreach tool (like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Close, or HubSpot). Here's a step-by-step breakdown of how the Sendr flow works:

1. Create Your Personalized Template

Start by building your dynamic landing page using Sendr’s no-code page builder.

  • Add the sections you want: header/Focus message, features, testimonials, calendar, etc.

  • Insert videos or voice notes

  • Use variables like {{first_name}}, {{company}}, and others to make your page feel 1:1 for each lead

  • Preview your page to ensure it adapts well to different data

2. Upload and Prepare Your Contact List

Once your template is ready, it's time to bring in your leads.

  • Upload your contact list as a CSV

  • Verify Email Addresses to remove invalid emails and lower bounce rates

  • Run Cleanups to standardize your data (e.g. First Name cleanup, Company Name cleanup, etc.)

  • If you're using the Dynamic Logo section, make sure you have company logos in your table - or run the Enrich LinkedIn Profile enrichment to fetch them

3. Run the Personalized Pages Enrichment

This is the key step that connects everything.

Once your template and table are ready, use the Personalized Pages enrichment to link the two. This generates a unique landing page URL for each contact by pulling in their variable values and content.

Every contact in your table now has their own personalized page link, ready to be used in outreach.

4. Export Your Final CSV

After the personalized page links are created:

  • Download your new CSV

  • Import it into your outreach platform

  • Use the personalized page links/GIFs inside your email copy or sequences (to not hurt the deliverability of your emails, include the links/GIFs in the follow up emails - once you've already successfully landed in your recipients' inboxes)

Once your pages are ready and your contacts are enriched, your outreach tool takes over. Then, use Sendr again to monitor engagement and refine your strategy.
