You can easily run a personalized outreach campaign in HeyReach using your Sendr landing pages—and it only takes a few quick steps. Watch the video above or follow the steps below to set it up!
1. Download your CSV from Sendr
Once your Sendr list is ready, export the CSV. This file will include your enriched lead data and a personalized page URL for each contact.
2. Upload the CSV into HeyReach
Go to your HeyReach account and upload the CSV file.
3. Map the fields
Match the columns from your CSV (e.g., first name, company, email) with the corresponding fields in HeyReach.
4. Add a custom variable for the landing page
Create a new custom variable (e.g., {{personalized_page}}
) and map it to the column that contains the personalized landing page links from Sendr.
5. Import the leads
Once everything is mapped correctly, complete the import process.
6. Go to Campaigns
Head to the Campaigns section in HeyReach to start building your outreach flow.
7. Select your sender
Choose the LinkedIn sender you want to use for this campaign.
8. Build your sequence
Create your message sequence. This could be emails, LinkedIn messages, or both—depending on your setup.
9. Add the personalized page variable
In your messages, insert the {{personalized_page}}
variable where you want each contact’s landing page to appear.
10. Launch your campaign 🚀
You’re all set! Start the campaign and each contact will receive their own unique page.
