With Dynamic Voicenotes, you can record your message once - and Sendr will personalize it with each lead’s name automatically. It’s a powerful, human touch without the repetitive work.
Here’s how to get started + best practices to get the most out of this feature:
How It Works
Record a voice note
Go to either the Header or Focus Message section and record your audio. Use a random first name when referencing your lead - for example, “Hey John, just wanted to say…”Click "Enable dynamic audio"
Once your audio is recorded, click the Enable dynamic audio button, choose the language, and make the name you mentioned a first-name variable, and you can also add a sample name and test it.Done!
When your landing page is viewed, the audio will play using your voice - mentioning each prospect’s name.
Best Practices for Dynamic Voicenotes
To help you get the best results with your Dynamic Audio, here are a few tips:
Use your laptop’s built-in mic (not Bluetooth headsets)
Laptop mics typically deliver clearer and more consistent audio quality than wireless earbuds or Bluetooth devices.Minimize background noise
Try to record in a quiet space to avoid distractions or unwanted sounds in the background.Start small – test just a greeting
Begin by recording a simple greeting like “Hey John! Great to meet you.”
You can experiment with saying the lead’s name again later in the message, but this feature is still in Beta - so we recommend keeping it simple for now.Not happy with the result? Try again
If the voice clone doesn’t sound quite right, click Edit Greeting and re-run the process. Often, the model improves with a second or third try.
