Sendr offers two powerful ways to personalize videos at scale: Lipsync Video and Dynamic Video. While they sound similar, they work very differently and understanding when to use each is key to creating the best experience.
Lipsync Video
Lipsync personalizes the entire video, making it appear as if you’re saying the prospect’s name on camera.
The lips in the video move in sync with the personalized audio.
Ideal for high-touch, ultra-personalized campaigns where authenticity is the priority.
When to use:
One-to-one or small-batch outreach where the video is the main focus.
Situations where saying the name on screen is critical (e.g., VIP accounts, personalized demos).
Dynamic Video
Dynamic Video does not animate lip movement. Instead, the original video stays the same, and the name or personalized audio is inserted into the track.
Here’s the twist: When paired with the Dynamic Background feature, the part where the name is spoken the video zooms out into a small, circular overlay in the corner of the page. This makes the lack of lipsync nearly unnoticeable.
When to use:
Large-scale campaigns where speed and cost-efficiency matter.
When you want strong personalization without the complexity of full lipsync.
Works best in templates with Dynamic Background.
Which One Should You Choose?
Choose Lip-Sync if personalization quality is the priority, and you have fewer leads or want to impress a small, select group.
Choose Dynamic Video if you need to scale fast, keep things cost-effective, and still deliver a highly personalized experience.
