While our Chrome extension is still pending approval in the Chrome Web Store, you can install it manually to get started right away. This quick guide will walk you through the steps to set it up safely and easily in your browser.
The whole process takes just a few minutes — and once it’s installed, you’ll be able to access all your Sendr templates, record personalized videos, and send messages straight from Chrome.
Step 1: Open the Chrome Extensions Page
Open Google Chrome, and in the address bar, type chrome://extensions. Press Enter to head to the extensions management page.
Step 2: Turn On Developer Mode
In the top-right corner, toggle Developer Mode to ON. This allows you to install the extension manually while it's not yet available in the Web Store.
Step 3: Download the Sendr Chrome Extension
Download the Sendr Chrome Extension as a .zip file. Save it somewhere easy to find on your computer.
Step 4: Load the Extension
Back in the Chrome extensions page, click Load unpacked in the top-left. When prompted, select the build folder you just unzipped. Chrome will then install the Sendr extension.
Step 5: Pin the Extension to Your Toolbar
Click the puzzle icon in the top-right of Chrome. In the list of extensions, click the pin icon next to Sendr to make it visible in your toolbar.
Step 6: Log into Sendr and Start Using It
Make sure you're logged into the Sendr 2.0 platform. Once logged in, you’ll be able to use the extension to create personalized pages, send messages, and access your templates — all directly from your browser.
