Collaborating with your team in Sendr is simple. You can easily invite colleagues to join your workspace so you can build templates together, enrich contacts from shared tables, and manage outreach as a team.
How to Invite a Team Member
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of Sendr
Go to Settings
Navigate to the Team tab
Enter your teammate’s email address
Choose to invite them as an admin, guest, or member
Click Invite
They’ll receive an email invitation to join your Sendr workspace.
Role Permissions
Before sending the invite, you can choose the level of access for each team member:
Admin
Full access to settings, templates, enrichments, and the ability to invite/manage other team members.Member
Can create and edit templates, run enrichments, and collaborate on campaigns.Guest
Can view the workspace but cannot create templates or run enrichments.
What Happens Next?
Once they accept the invite:
You’ll be working in the same workspace
You can collaborate on templates in real time
You’ll share enrichment credits across the team
Everyone has access to the same contact tables and template library
