If you're looking to take things offline and meet your hottest leads in person, Sendr’s Nearby Meeting Location enrichment is built exactly for that. It helps you automatically suggest a meeting spot close to your prospect — right on their personalized landing page.

This small detail can make a big difference in building trust and closing deals.

How to Use the Nearby Meeting Location Enrichment

Here’s how to add this enrichment to your campaign in just a few steps:

1. Make sure your leads have location data

This enrichment works by finding nearby spots (like cafes) based on each contact’s location.
Make sure your contact table includes relevant fields such as city, company address, and country.

2. Add a variable to your template

In the section where you'd like to suggest the meeting location (e.g. in a CTA or text block), add a variable such as:
{{meeting_location}}

3. Run the enrichment

Go to your contact table, select Nearby Meeting Location, and run the enrichment.
Sendr will generate a relevant local spot for each contact based on their location data.

4. Map the enrichment to your variable

Once the enrichment is complete, make sure the {{meeting_location}} variable is mapped to the column containing the new location data.

That’s it - you’re ready to go.

Now, every contact will receive a personalized page with a real, convenient meeting spot close to them.

Why Use This Enrichment?

  • It shows effort. Suggesting a place your lead actually knows makes the outreach feel thoughtful and relevant.

  • It increases meeting acceptance. Convenience is key - the easier you make it to meet, the more likely they’ll say yes.

  • It encourages real connections. In-person meetings lead to stronger relationships and faster deals.

Page Example:

Just make sure you’re not suggesting a cafe in Sydney while you’re based in Milan - unless you’re really dedicated to closing that deal :)
