Before building your personalized landing pages, you’ll need to bring your contacts into Sendr. Whether you already have a contact list or are just starting to build one, Sendr gives you flexible options to get started quickly.

1. Upload a CSV File

If you already have a list of leads, you can import it directly into Sendr using the Upload File option. Just prepare a CSV file with your contact details (e.g. name, email, company, LinkedIn URL), upload it, and your data will be ready to use within your templates and enrichments.

2. Scrape Contacts from Apollo

If you don’t yet have a contact list, you can build one using Sendr’s Scrape Apollo feature. Here’s how it works:

  • Run a search in Apollo to find your ideal leads

  • Copy the search results URL

  • Paste the URL into Sendr

  • Choose how many leads you want to import

  • Hit “Scrape” and wait a moment

Sendr will pull in those leads, and you can immediately begin enriching the data to personalize your outreach.

The best part: You don’t need an Apollo subscription to use this. You’ll simply use your Sendr credits to fetch contacts, which is a much more cost-effective way to access lead data.

3. LinkedIn Post Scraper

Now live: Sendr’s LinkedIn Post Scraper lets you build lists based on post engagement. Sendr offers two separate tools for this:

LinkedIn Post Comments

This option pulls in contacts who have commented on a specific LinkedIn post. These are usually more engaged users, making them a great starting point for outreach.

LinkedIn Post Reactions

This tool gathers contacts who have liked or reacted to the post - ideal for building a broader audience around a trending topic.

To use either:

  • Find a LinkedIn post your ideal audience is liking or commenting on

  • Copy the URL of the post

  • Paste it into the LinkedIn Post Reactions/LinkedIn Post Comments inside Sendr

  • Click Continue and let Sendr do the rest

Once you tables are in, you can start enriching them and getting more info on your leads!

If you need help importing your first list, feel free to reach out.
