One of the biggest challenges in outbound campaigns is ensuring that your emails actually land. A high bounce rate doesn’t just hurt deliverability—it can tank the performance of your entire campaign. That’s where Sendr’s email enrichment and validation process makes a real difference.

How Our Enrichment Works

When you upload contacts into Sendr, our system doesn’t just guess an email address—it applies a structured, multi-step enrichment process:

  • Pattern Detection: We test up to 24–26 possible email formats (e.g., firstname.lastname@, f.lastname@, etc.) to identify the most likely match.

  • Verification Layer: Once we’ve found the probable pattern, we validate it with the mail server.

  • Catch-All Handling: Many domains return “yes” to every query (known as catch-all domains). Instead of leaving those unverified, we apply a second layer of validation to confirm whether the address is genuinely usable.

Our dataset is also refreshed every 30 days, ensuring results stay current, and our process is fully GDPR-compliant.

Why This Matters

Because of our catch-all validation, the enriched email lists you get from Sendr are more accurate than those from most providers. That means:

  • Fewer bounces in your campaigns

  • Better sender reputation with email platforms

  • Stronger overall deliverability and success rates

How We Compare

Most enrichment or validation tools stop at the server response. For catch-all domains, this means they’ll label everything as “valid,” which inflates accuracy on paper but causes issues later.

Other services (like MillionVerifier and similar tools) go the opposite way: they flag catch-all emails as invalid, which can cut 20% or more of your reachable prospects out of your list.

With Sendr, you don’t have to choose between inflated lists or overly aggressive pruning—we validate catch-alls intelligently, giving you the highest quality, most usable email data for your outreach.
