What You’ll Build
When a tracked keyword is mentioned in Monial:
A webhook sends the lead data into your automation
Sendr automatically renders a personalized page or GIF
The lead is added to a list in HeyReach
A LinkedIn connection request is sent with your personalized Sendr page
Step 1: Launch the Pre-Built Social Listening Template
Go to the Automations tab.
Click Monial – View Library.
Select the Social Listening pre-built template.
Click Continue.
Connect your accounts and map the correct Sendr template.
Click Continue again.
Click Let’s go! to activate your pre-built integration.
Step 2: Configure the Monial Trigger
Click the gear icon to configure the automation.
Open the Monial step.
Click Test to generate your webhook URL.
Copy the webhook URL.
Now head to Monial:
Go to Settings → Integrations.
Paste the Sendr webhook URL into the integration field.
Click Save Settings.
Return to the automation and click Test again to pull live keyword data.
Step 3: Configure Sendr (Render Personalized Page)
Click the Sendr step.
Select Yes to render a GIF (optional but recommended).
Map the following fields from the Monial payload:

Last Name | Last Name |
Make sure your correct Sendr template is selected.
Once mapped, Sendr will automatically generate a personalized page or video for each keyword mention.
Step 4: Add Leads to HeyReach
Now we’ll send the lead into HeyReach for LinkedIn outreach.
Open the HeyReach step.
Select the List ID you want the lead added to.
Map the following fields:
HeyReach Column | Map From |
First Name | Monial First Name |
Last Name | Monial Last Name |
Profile URL | Monial Profile URL |
Sendr_Page | Sendr URL |
The Sendr_Page column must contain the generated Sendr URL. This is what gets delivered in your LinkedIn connection request.
4. Click Save after mapping all required fields.
Step 5: Enable the Automation
After confirming:
Webhook is connected
Sendr template is mapped
HeyReach fields are correctly mapped
Click Enable to activate the automation.
What Happens Automatically
Once enabled:
A subscribed keyword is detected in Monial
Lead data is sent via webhook
Sendr generates a personalized landing page or GIF
The lead is added to your HeyReach list
A LinkedIn connection request is sent with the personalized Sendr page
Result
