Using the Sequencer

Learn how to use Sendr's built-in Sequencer to automate your outreach - from enrichments to sending emails and LinkedIn messages.

The Sequencer is where you automate your entire outreach workflow. It lives inside each campaign and lets you build a step-by-step flow - from enriching your leads to sending emails and LinkedIn messages - all running automatically.

How the Sequencer Works

Every sequence starts with a trigger. When that trigger fires, your contacts move through each step in order, one by one. You build your flow by dragging steps from the sidebar on the right into the canvas.

Your sequence starts in draft mode. Once you're happy with the flow, toggle "Campaign is in draft" in the top right corner to activate it.

Triggers

Triggers determine when your sequence starts running. There are two available triggers:

  • Contact Enrolled - Fires automatically when a new contact is added to the campaign table. Each contact proceeds through all steps sequentially, and the sequence runs automatically with no manual action required.

  • Scheduled Date - Fires the sequence once at a specific date and time. Useful when you want to launch outreach at a planned moment rather than as contacts come in.

Available Steps

Once your trigger is set, you build your flow using steps from the sidebar. Here's what's available:

Tools

  • Delay/Wait - Pause the sequence for a set amount of time before moving to the next step. Use this to space out your touchpoints naturally.

  • Go to Step - Jump to a different step in the sequence. Useful for creating loops or redirecting the flow.

  • Condition - Branch your sequence based on what a contact has done. You can check for conditions like: contact property, page viewed, audio play, video play, button click, video emoji click, video comment, meeting booked, message read, message replied, or check LinkedIn connection. If the condition is met, the contact goes down one path. If not, they go down another.

Email

Send Email - Send an email to the contact. You'll need to have a Google or Microsoft Outlook channel connected in your settings first.

Enrichment

You don't have to enrich your data before starting a sequence - you can do it as part of the flow itself.

  • Dynamic Audio - Generate personalized audio for the contact's landing page.

  • Find Email - Find an email address for a contact.

  • Find Phone - Find a phone number for a contact.

  • Generate Page - Generate a personalized landing page for a contact.

  • Generate Video - Generate a personalized video (lipsync or dynamic) for a contact.

  • Reverse Email Enrichment - Look up additional contact details based on an email address.

LinkedIn

  • Profile View - View the contact's LinkedIn profile. This is a subtle way to get on their radar before reaching out.

  • Send Connection - Send a LinkedIn connection request to the contact.

  • Send Message - Send a LinkedIn direct message to the contact.

Webhook

Make HTTP Request - Send data to an external service via a webhook. Useful for connecting Sendr to other tools in your stack.

Example Sequence

Here's what a typical multi-channel outreach sequence might look like:

  1. Contact Enrolled (trigger)

  2. Find Email - enrich the contact with an email address

  3. Generate Page - create a personalized landing page

  4. Send Email - send the first outreach email with the Sendr page link

  5. Delay/Wait - wait 2 days

  6. Condition - check if the page was viewed
If yes: Send LinkedIn Connection - connect with engaged leads
If no: Send Email - send a follow-up email

This is just one example. You can mix and match steps to build whatever flow works best for your outreach strategy.
