Before you can send outreach from Sendr, you'll need to connect at least one channel. Channels are the accounts Sendr uses to send emails, LinkedIn messages, and more on your behalf.

You can set this up from Settings ahead of time, or connect a channel later when you're building a sequence.

How to connect a channel

Go to Settings > Channels and click + Add Channel. You'll see a list of available integrations:

Google - Connect your Gmail account and Google Calendar to Sendr. This lets you send emails and sync your calendar for scheduling.

Microsoft Outlook - Sync your Outlook email and calendar if you're on the Microsoft ecosystem.

LinkedIn - Connect your LinkedIn account to schedule DMs and pull inbox data directly from Sendr.

WhatsApp - Send automated WhatsApp messages as part of your outreach sequences.

Coming soon: Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter) channels are on the way.

Channel limits

Each connected channel has a daily sending limit to keep your accounts safe. For example, a LinkedIn channel might have a limit of 80 actions per day, while an email channel could be set to 100 sends per day. You can see your usage and limits directly on the Channels page.

The number of channels you can connect depends on your plan. You'll see your available slots displayed at the top of the Channels page (e.g. 2/10 available).

Connecting channels from the sequencer

You don't have to set up channels before building a sequence. When you're creating a sequence step that requires a channel (like sending an email or a LinkedIn message), Sendr will prompt you to connect one if you haven't already. So you can always do it on the fly.

What's next?

Once your channels are connected, you're ready to build sequences and start sending outreach directly from Sendr.
