What Should Be in Your Table Before Uploading to Sendr?

The personalization power of Sendr depends on the data you bring in — so before uploading your CSV, it’s worth asking: what should be in your table?

Here’s what you need to know.

Start with the Basics

At a minimum, we recommend including the following columns in your CSV:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Company Name

  • Email Address

  • Website (if available)

  • LinkedIn URL (optional but powerful)

These are commonly used variables across Sendr templates — from subject lines to headers and personalized CTAs.

The Rule of Thumb: The More Quality Info, the Better

Every variable you want to personalize on your landing page (like {{first_name}}, {{company}}, or {{job_title}}) needs to exist as a column in your table.

So, if your page includes a personalized company logo, you’ll need either the logo URL - or enough company information to fetch it automatically using enrichment.

Not Enough Data? Enrich It in Sendr

Don’t worry if your list starts off with limited data — Sendr makes it easy to fill in the gaps.

For example, if your CSV only includes email addresses and LinkedIn URLs, you can still create fully personalized pages by running the Enrich LinkedIn Profile enrichment.

With just the LinkedIn URL in your table, the Enrich LinkedIn Profile feature can pull in:

  • First and last name

  • Job title

  • Company name

  • Company website

  • Profile summary

  • Company logo

  • And more

You can then use that enriched data as variables across your page.

The more structured and complete your data, the more dynamic your pages will be. But even a minimal list can become a rich, personalized asset when paired with Sendr's enrichment tools.
