What Sendr Tracks

Once you share a Sendr page, the platform tracks two key actions:

  • Page views — when someone opens the personalized landing page

  • Video/audio plays — when they play the media content on the page

These insights help you understand who’s engaging with your outreach and how far they’re getting.

Where to View Engagement Data

1. Engagement Tab

Inside the Engagement tab, you’ll see a list of your contacts along with real-time engagement indicators:

  • Visited — shows if a contact has opened their page

  • Watched — shows if they’ve played the video or voice message

This is useful for identifying which leads are warming up and may be ready for a follow-up.

2. Page Template Overview

Each template also has its own engagement summary, where you can see:

  • Total page views — the number of unique opens across all contacts

  • Play rate — the percentage of viewers who played the media

This gives you a quick overview of how the entire template is performing across your outreach efforts.

Using Engagement to Inform Your Next Steps

Once you know who’s viewing and watching, you can:

  • Prioritize leads who have already engaged & retarget them

  • Resend or adjust outreach to contacts who haven’t interacted

  • Compare templates based on their overall play rates

Over time, this helps you refine your messaging and focus your efforts where they’re most likely to convert.
