This is a guide showing step by step how to automate LinkedIn Outreach with Sendr, Zapier, KWatch, and HeyReach

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1. Trigger: Catch Webhook in Zapier

  • In Zapier, add Webhooks by Zapier then select Catch Hook.

  • Copy the webhook URL Zapier gives you.

  • Then go to Kwatch.io

  • Create A Keyword

  • Select the languages you want to get your keyword in

  • Paste your Zapier URL into KWatch in the URL tab as the destination for keyword alerts.

  • Now, whenever someone posts about your chosen keyword on LinkedIn, the data flows into Zapier.

Step 2. Filter the Data

  • Add a Filter by Zapier step.

  • Set it to continue only if the post contains your keyword(s).

  • Example filter: “Content text” → contains → “personalized outreach”

  • Field: “Link” (from Webhook)

  • Value: has value

  • Condition: (Text) Contains

  • Value: personalized outreach​

This makes sure only relevant posts move forward.

Step 3. Create a Personalized Sendr Page

  • Add a Sendr action Generate Page.

  • Choose your Sendr Page Template ID. ensure you have recorded a video already of how you intend your videos to go out. Ensure to choose said template for this automation

  • Map the fields:

    • First Name Author name from LinkedIn

    • Company Name (optional, if KWatch provides it or you enrich later)

    • LinkedIn URL Post link

  • Test this step → Sendr will instantly create a personalized page + video for the lead.

Example: A page like https://sendr.io/p/Kumar-Manish is created with your

video message personalized to them.

Step 4. Push to HeyReach

  • Add a HeyReach action Add Lead to Campaign.

  • Map the fields:

  • First Name from KWatch data

  • Profile URL LinkedIn link

  • Custom field Sendr Page URL (so you can include it in the outreach message).

  • Test the lead is added into your chosen LinkedIn campaign.

  • HeyReach queues them into your LinkedIn campaign.

  • The prospect gets a tailored LinkedIn message with their personalized Sendr page.
