This automation connects RB2B, Sendr, and Instantly so that whenever a website lead is captured in RB2B, a personalized Sendr page is created instantly, and the lead is automatically added into your Instantly campaign.

Step 1: Trigger – Catch Hook

  • App: Webhooks by Zapier

  • Trigger Event: Catch Hook

  • Webhook URL: Copy the webhook URL provided by Zapier.

  • In RB2B: Paste this URL into RB2B’s webhook sender field (you’ll find this in RB2B’s automation settings).

  • Test: Use a sample lead from RB2B to confirm Zapier is receiving data.

  • Tip: Always test with a real lead record so you can see the exact data flowing through.

Step 2: Filter Only Continue if URL Contains

  • App: Filter by Zapier

  • Condition: Captured URL contains rb2b.com (or a high-intent page like /pricing)

  • Purpose: Ensures only leads who visit meaningful pages (like pricing or features) enter the workflow.

Example: If a visitor only looks at the blog, they’re not routed into Instantly.

Step 3: Action (Generate Sendr Page)

  • App: Sendr (Beta)

  • Action: Generate Sendr Page

  • Required Fields:

    • First Name (pulled from RB2B)

    • Optional: Company logo, personalized video intro

    • Toggle: Enable GIF rendering for richer previews

Output:

  • A personalized Sendr page URL

  • A preview link (GIF/video preview)

Why this matters: This step creates a hyper-personalized asset for each lead, increasing response rates in your outreach.

Step 4: Action – Add Lead to Instantly Campaign

  • App: Instantly

  • Action: Add Lead to Campaign

  • Fields to Map:

    • Campaign → Select your target campaign

    • Ignore if exists in other campaigns → True (prevents duplicates)

    • Launch if paused/completed → Leave blank (prevents duplicates)

    • Email Address → Business Email from RB2B

    • First Name → First Name from RB2B

    • Last Name → Last Name from RB2B

    • Company Name → Company Name from RB2B

  • Custom Variables:

    • Sendr Page URL → From Sendr output

    • Sendr Page Preview URL → From Sendr output

    • Visited Page → Captured URL from RB2B

With these fields mapped, your outreach emails can dynamically insert the personalized Sendr page link.

What Happens Next

Once you publish the Zap, here’s how it runs automatically:

  1. A lead visits RB2B and completes a tracked action.

  2. The Zap checks if they visited a high-intent page.

  3. If yes, a personalized Sendr page is generated in real time.

  4. The enriched data and Sendr links are pushed into your chosen Instantly campaign.

    No manual exports, no copy-pasting just automated personalization + outreach.

Q: What happens if the lead already exists in Instantly?

A: With “Ignore if exists” set to True, duplicates will be skipped automatically.

Q: Can I send multiple video/page variations?

A: Yes! You can create different Sendr templates for different campaigns or lead types.

A: Just pass those fields from RB2B into Sendr, then map them into Instantly as custom variables.
